7. constitutes or promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
8. constitutes or promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
9. involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming";
10. contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
11. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

13. involves commercial activities and/or sales without prior written consent from Monkiri.com such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
14. includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person's consent;
15. for band, comedy, filmmaker and other profiles, uses sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive Content intended to draw traffic to the profile;
16. violates the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark rights, contract rights or any other rights of any person; or
17. promotes propaganda and/or symbols of organizations which are unconstitutional or illegal in your country.

4. User-Posted Content

By posting content, you are granting permission to us and others to access and use it in connection with the Services, the Site and otherwise in connection with our business. You can mark content as private to restrict access and use to those users to whom you explicitly grant access. For publicly accessible content, you can label your compilations with one of several possible licenses. It is important to note that you can only copyright the compilation itself, not the individual blog posts that make up the compilation. Monkiri.com makes no warranties whatsoever regarding the license agreements and the information provided, and disclaims all liability for damages, including without limitation, any general, special, incidental or consequential damages, resulting from their use. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL MONKIRI.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING BY NEGLIGENCE), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RELATED TO USE, MISUSE, RELIANCE ON, INABILITY TO USE AND INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, DAMAGES INCURRED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED ON THE SITE AND THE NONPERFORMANCE THEREOF AND DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, SALES, DATA, GOODWILL OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT MONKIRI.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. 7. Other

Monkiri.com and you are independent entities, and nothing in the Terms, or via use of the Site or Services, will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Monkiri.com and you.
These Terms supersede any previous agreement and represent the entire agreement between Monkiri.com and you. If any provision of the Terms is adjudged to be illegal or unenforceable, the continuation in full force of the remainder of the Terms will not be prejudiced, and the illegal or unenforceable provision of the Terms shall be severed accordingly.
